Why should you support this work?

Dasiqox area is a rare, wild and breathtakingly beautiful area in British Columbia, home to wild horses, the inland grizzly bear, freshwater streams that you can drink from, and that support magnificent salmon runs each year.

Dasiqox is also provides us with a historic opportunity to redefine our relationship with our non-Tŝilhqot’in neighbours in the region. Dasiqox gives us an opportunity to find a new way forward – a path that will take Tŝilhqot’in values and laws into consideration when making decisions about the land, and that will guide us in reconciling competing interests and plans for the land.

We want to share this place with all British Columbians, and share the opportunities this extraordinary place presents for sustainable economic development, and for learning more about Tŝilhqot’in culture and traditions.
